NuFlex Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your NuFlex purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Return

Contact us at contact@nuflex.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your NuFlex product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
